I loved the amazing attention to customer service provided by the staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great and included a spa, pool, and sauna. this city has convenient transportation options to and from Zurich airport by train or coach.
Couldn't stay longer.

Great facilities and friendly staff. the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with the water being heated to a comfortable temperature and the staff checking the quality multiple times a day. the location was perfect for a calm stay, with a food and clothes shop nearby. the apartment was equipped with a small kitchen, fridge, and a double bedroom with a separate bathroom.
The food was quite German-style and not to everyone's taste. the prices were expensive, although this is typical for quality accommodations in the area.

Spent xmas at a hotel near ski lifts. Two best things were the convenient underground garage and the awesome location right next to shops and bars. And the skiing was great too!
The service was quite poor. The staff was not very attentive and we had to ask for things multiple times.

We had a fantastic stay in this place. The location is perfect, right near the slopes, making it super convenient to go skiing. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was cozy and clean, with plenty of storage space for our equipment. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. the amenities and facilities were top-notch, including the spa, pool, and sauna. The restaurant on-site and the options nearby provided amazing dining experiences.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in a stunning Swiss modern building with flowered balconies- a style that prevails all over the place. It's located close to the mountain and right next to the gondola, offering ski in and ski out. the rooms are a decent size with large TVs and comfortable beds. the staff are helpful with an excellent breakfast buffet and a lovely swimming pool.
There is one area of improvement for this hotel- the restaurant services were disappointing. the staff were impolite, service levels were appalling, and charges were unexpected for basic things like tap water.
